Ocean Creek Resort Briarcliffe Acres, Briarcliffe Acres

I have been a fan of Ocean Creek for years, drawn by its good price and great location. However, my recent stay was marred by unexpected fees and poor communication regarding service access. Although the staff can be friendly, my experience was quite frustrating due to the lack of transparency in their policies. The resort has potential given its maintenance and upkeep, but the management needs to improve in areas like communication and customer interaction.

My vacation at Ocean Creek had its highs and lows. The grounds are beautiful, and I appreciate the long history I've had there, but the units can leave a lot to be desired. Getting the room I wanted was a hassle, and after a flood canceled my reservation, I lost valuable vacation time while waiting for my new unit. It feels like it's time to explore new options for next year.

I had a very relaxing stay with spacious and clean rooms, just a short walk from the beach. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The lounge offered excellent food as well. However, my previous experience at Ocean Creek Resort left me frustrated due to maintenance issues and extra charges that weren't clearly communicated. I enjoyed my time here, but I'm cautious about returning.
